In addition to the local association, you will become a member of the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and will have access to reduced workers compensation insurance rates through BIA along with added benefits through Anthem in conjunction with the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV).
